New here, struggling with anxiety and depression

Hello! I'm new here. Not really sure how this works. I'm a 34 yr old female and have struggled with anxiety and depression for most of my life. I have a horrible time driving places and holding down a job.

      @TheDom98 I’m 35 and struggle with anxiety as well. It’s the hardest thing in the world to me. It feels all consuming sometimes. Last week was a really good week but last few days have been hard.

          @HCG2021 I get it brother/sister. The most bothersome thing for me is that most of the people around you think you’re making it up/exaggerating it if you try to display it. In reality I try to keep it under the sand most of the times and despite that I end up sinking in my own misery and it’s difficult to let yourself be understood by the people around you. That’s why I decided to jump into this app
