      @JackieSwoon same for me, I was prescribed because of my daily attacks (mine is take three a day). But yeah I can take another one after I wait for a few hours. I ONLY take four if it's like an extra emergency or so but most of the time I never take four a day. But all in all!!! please make sure you talk to your psychiatrist about this before taking more than two just to make sure

      I take it mostly two times a day, sometimes even three if my anxiety is bad. So far I've been happy with it and it helps with my anxiety/insomnia but it also makes me dissociate sometimes

        @Asoingberg mine is a take twice a day took it into 5mg to start with. You can just take another pill if your anxiety is bad? I was prescribed because my panic attacks are getting out of hand.
