Keloids on my belly button piercing and other spots

KELOIDS!! Anyone have this symptom? I showed my dermatologist and he was confused, basically said for now he's gonna say contact dermatitis. I grew 2 ball like skin things on my belly button, it is pierced and balls were both sides of the ball that's attached 2 barbell, basically an eyebrow ring. I have had this piercing since I was 13, have had it redone 3x, last time I was in my mid 20s. Nothing has changed, same ring, same everything. I have 2 other spots that I'm questioning cud b keloids from scar tissue from adult acne, little bumps that formed behind ear and under neck.
