Have you seen a cardiologist? Maybe your heart isn't able to pump enough oxygenated blood to the rest of your body. This could be the cause of the fatigue. I have hypertension also and my fatigue was so extreme the past few years my doc finally ordered further testing which indicated my left ventricle isn't working properly. Don't just assume it's your medication causing the fatigue.Infact, at first they thought I had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and put me on amphetamines so I could stay awake!!
