Managing Eczema: Seeking Advice

I had eczema for 17 years badly and nothing was helping and then I tried 100% raw Shea butter from the body shop and it changed my life, my eczema was gone in 6 weeks!! I used it twice daily and in the bath. If you can try a Gluten free diet. I have been gluten free for about 3 years now. A week into cutting out gluten my eczema was gone. I have small amounts of gluten sometimes but not to much or my eczema comes back. Hope this helps you. By the way I’m in the UK.

My doctor told me a 'snowans' coat (so you can see a white layer) of aveeno daily for maintenance and an ointment for flares. Reducing washing temp and cotton everything. Also make sure you spot test each of your products to see if any of them are causing issues. Hope this helps
