I hate it when I'm suddenly faced with a bout of anger over something I should have reacted to differently in the past (usually family-related). I especially hate it when it's over an imagined scenario that has not happened yet (and probably won't). It's such a waste of time and energy having people live in my headspace rent-free when they themselves couldn't care less. Any suggestions?
