So I've been struggling with my depression and anxiety for quite a while now and some days are a lot worse than others but I was just wondering what you do with/for your kids on days when you really don't want to get out of bed? I've found they're my biggest motivation to at least muddle through my day but sometimes I just can't find it in me to be my best mommy self which makes me feel worse. On days like that we usually just sit and watch whatever kids show is the flavor of the week for them.

i have had that with my kids too. they love us no matter what and youre doing your best which is all you can do. dont be so hard on yourself.
thank you and I'm trying it's just I've noticed they're getting a little more frequent than I'd like and the situation with my S/O and family isn't helping much. I didn't know if there were some meditations or something that could help.
for me going to therapy helped. my kids see me trying and they are so supportive
