Basically agree with what everyone's said. Uptake in salt. Compression socks. Check your BP after living down then standing up. Other than that a tilt table test will get you a diagnosis.

No, the easiest test to try is a HUTT test. Fastest results too. Make sure to drink plenty of water and 6 tiny meals a day rather than 3 big ones.
