    Try grounding exercises, self soothing. I know that’s not easy but trying can help. Have a bite of something with a lot of flavor, touch a soft blanket, smell a candle or essential oils, look at art or listen to music. Try to use all of your senses! 💕 feel free to message me xx

    So usually what I do to ground when I feel like this is drink water and then go through my senses. 4 things I can see, 3 things I can smell, 2 things I can hear and 1 thing I can touch. That's usually what helps me ground.
