I've been through a lot and I've been suffering with PTSD since the late 80's suffered from it before then but wasn't diagnosed as it wasn't something that was discussed in the late 60's I've been through counseling both groups and individual seen psychiatrist and psychologist used Zoloft for a while and discussed it with clergy but nothing seems to have much of an impact. For many years I clouded my mind with drugs and alcohol but realized that was a mistake now I help others by volunteering at my church group and at other volunteering opportunities it seems to ease the pain sometimes but I have to face it to often and it is very difficult.
