I honestly don't know how to control the pain linked with IBS any longer. I am on regular armytriptline that's not working. I have just been to a&e and been prescribed codeine, but this isn't working either. I'm walking around with hot water bottles on my stomach, getting baths whenever I can but nothing seems to be working. I've started hypnotherapy and attempting to follow the low FODMAP diet. HELP?!
