How do you deal/manage your anxiety? Especially physical symptoms?

The physical symptoms are super scary. What I have learned is that it's literally just your body alerting you of stress. I have tried to be more mindful of this, I will try to recognize that it's just the message my body is sending me, there is no immediate danger.

sometimes going outside and realizing how much bigger the world seems than my anxiety and scenarios in my head, if that makes sense. it’s really simple, but like when i’m spiraling and i feel like my world is crashing down, going outside and seeing nature be so calm really helps me realize that things will be ok.
Deep breathing...if possible start exercise..and study some books
I've been working with my therapist and the only thing that I've been able to do that helps a little is deep breathing, but it doesn't always work. 😥
