I've been in therapy for a few months now and it turns out that everything that makes me ME is either a symptom or coping mechanism. I'm not sure how that makes me feel outside of unsure of who I am as a person.

      A lot of my coping is cycling through hobbies or interests. Finding a new hyperfocus. Journaling for a few weeks, crochet for a month or two, vinyl designs for t-shirts, and card making.

      I used to consume all my time by trying to cope. I got more personality by replacing something like sh with multiple things that fit whatever grooves it fit in my brain. Sh gave me something to do with my hands, so I do crocheting. It gave me short lived, controled pain, so i tweeze my leg hair. It was a way to express my feelings, so i draw or write how i feel.
