Hey!! Don't even know where to start with advice, so here's some resources! kinhost.org , morethanone.info did-research.org I highly recommend the CTAD clinic for therapist-led videos on dissociative disorders on Youtube, and The Rings System for other educational content by an OSDD system. Good luck!!!

If you've ever heard the "salami , cheeseburger" TikTok sound that's what I feel like is happening at times

I use 2 tracking apps, Simply Plural to get a look at fronting duration and Discord with the bot PluralKit (in my own private server) to allow everyone to journal while they're in front. It allows me to get an idea of what they were feeling/thinking or possibly spot triggers. It's also useful for leaving messages to each other since we have high amnesia barriers. As primary host, I've had to learn how to share and appreciate all that my headmates do for me. I definitely had a superiority complex to them because I've been around for all that I can remember (memory basically stops at 5 and begins again at 12). So I guess in that time, maybe someone else was in front for day to day things. It's okay to have "problematic" alters. They're not trying to be a problem, they're just hurt and don't know how to go about things the "right" way yet. It can sometimes be helpful to keep certain things gathered for certain alters. For example, we keep our stuff for littles in a certain dresser drawer, wigs stay in the closet unless in use, and makeup stays in our bathroom drawer. We can't have little sections for everyone since there's too many of us, but the main fronters have what they need to be comfortable

@Sunflower.System I also use simply plural. I have been having a hard to figuring out the different alters. I would love to learn more on how to depict when one is forward because I don't always disassociate when they come forward. But my whole mood and demeanor changes. And I've noticed when it's my time of the month, I struggle the most. My first full alter experience happened right before I was diagnosed and scared me and sent me unto a complete mental breakdown because I didn't understand what was happening.

Probably refrain from calling yourself a noob at DiD. Someone may take offense. I get what you mean but some may . .
