For those who are or have been on a beta blocker before (more specifically Bisoprolol), for some reason I can't come off of it. My cardiologist suggested I try since I'm on another newer medication to lower heart rate and have also made lifestyle changes. And while both seemed successful (which is why he suggested coming off the Bisoprolol) as soon as I try to cut out the Bisoprolol, my high heart rate comes back š„²
