I noticed that I'm always sleeping here lately. I'm in between jobs right now. I had things happen causing me to loose my jobs. I'm trying to get my job back at a restaurant. I'm just trying to make it one day at a time. I also recently stopped taking my prescription meds I don't need them anymore. What could be causing me to be so tired all of the time?

Could be depression or burn out or a shut down session. Sometimes our brains tell us to sleep so we don't feel all those big emotions or numbness, I'm fairly guilty of such.

@KittyKatKuo makes sense. I know that I'm trying to deal with a lot of things right now. So it could be all of the above from stress to depression to burn out to a shut down session etc...

@squeakthis all you can do is take care of yourself as best as you can. Eat at least once to twice a day (doesn't matter what as long as your putting food in your stomach), put on those comfy shows you once watched as a kid or even adult, snuggle up in comfy clothes and a soft blanket, keep the lights to a bare minimum, listen to music etc. Simply allow yourself to breathe and exist

I know I'm in a funk right now... Maybe I am depressed but I have a lot going on right now. That would explain it.
