I just had a diagnostic endoscopy to diagnose endometriosis and it turns out I do have it but also possibly ibd of some kind. I am so unsure how to handle the news and how to help. My ob hasn't had post op yet so I am unsure of details. All the pain I've been having that was thought to be from endometriosis is probably from ibd if that is a definite. Does anyone have the combination of both of these things and know any tips or tricks?
