DRINKING WATER UGH Any tips for getting yourself to drink water? lol please I need to try something new. Like does anyone else STRUGGLE to get themselves properly hydrated?? Personally, I have a very busy job (work w/ kids) and I'm so forgetful and don't really like water and have just like...not been drinking it. But I also get headaches (sometimes develop into migraines) that we don't know the cause of but being dehydrated does NOT help them. Recently a big depression task struggle has been to clean the cups and bottles cause that's been freaking me out lately? none of my regular "water strategies" have been working and I feel discouraged (giant water bottle, measured bottle, cup with straw, drink mixes, etc). I literally just melted a popsicle in a giant glass of water to get myself to drink some lol why do it be like this?? Lately I've been drinking Gatorade, vitamin water, etc just to get myself to HYDRATE even tho I don't want to be consuming that much sugar. Idk if it's flavor or texture but I just don't like water. Anyone else feeling any of these things?? If anyone made it through the water rant bless your heart

pairing it with another thing you do often maybe? like i usually remember to drink water before or after i go to the bathroom because i would always do those things at the same time during school. i also like to have one or two full water bottles in my room whenever i can, but keep one that's super easy to clean on me at all times. if it gets too dirty it's either easy to clean it right then or i can use a different one until i feel like i can clean both
