absolutely! i definitely did. although i may have needed treatment at one point, i got through it on my own. it was difficult and it was painful and i still struggle often, but i would consider it recovery nonetheless. it was about realizing my self worth and how important my health is in the long run, and how badly i needed to stop self sabotaging. i don't know what will work for you, but i wish you the best!
