I get chest pain a lot and was wondering if anything helps for anyone . I’m on beta blockers and I feel those aren’t doing much but keeping my heart rate in a good range. Other than the chest pain I feel lightheaded and just exhausted all the time no matter how much sleep I get. Chest pain also gets worse if I am laying down it seems. I’m supposed to see a cardiologist soon but is anyone diagnosed with anything that this may be ?
My doc told me my chest pain was from a mild, non-serious condition where my heart isn’t exactly pumping regularly.
That didn’t help me feel better, but at least I knew it wasn’t life-threatening!
