Honestly I feel so guilty for being sick. I’ve been stuck at home since April & recently got hit with COVID. Feel like it made me even more iron deficient & made my stomach issues a bit worse, hoping it clears up soon but honestly before I got hit by COVID, I was feeling so much hope. I literally felt like I was getting better and now I’m back to square one… it just feels so awful & I literally want to cry in frustration.

      Hi!! I understand the feeling of guilt so well! And the falling back to square one after seeing so much progress.. I know I’m just a random stranger on the internet, but I just want to remind you that you aren’t at fault. And your value and worth are not found in your body’s ability to function properly. I don’t know how recently you got covid, but hopefully, with time, your body will fully recover and you’ll be back to feeling better and hopeful!!

        @Raphia I caught it on July 27th & im barely getting better. Just having some stomach issues. My mom actually caught it first & so did my dad. Thankfully my mom is feeling way better now and my dad is also having the same stomach issues.
