Does anyone have any advice as to how to stay on top of my blood sugar while exercising? I’m starting to go back to the gym and working out after not going for about a year because of diabetes related complications. I’ve never had an issue keeping my sugars regulated while exercising but I can’t seem to stop my blood sugar from dropping.

Can you decrease some of your insulin intake on workout days? Also eat a snack. Of course talk to the doctor first. Do certain types of exercises cause your blood sugar to decline more than others?
I do not. I wish I did

honestly i eat a snack before and usually it keeps me from dropping too low but just bring snacks is all i can say 😭
