When I’m more stressed, my OCD flares up. But when I’m feeling better and more comfortable, I can actually enjoy cleaning. I recently moved and for the first month, I stressed cleaned a lot because my roommates didn’t seem to care about cleaning. So it was super dirty. But now I’m feeling a lot better. So even though there are things that still need to be cleaned, I don’t feel like I have to clean it right away. It’s on a mental list to clean when I have the time. And when I clean because I have the time & WANT to clean, it makes me feel good to see what I’ve done. Does anyone else feel like this?
