I keep waking up with the nerves in my hands screaming. Theres so little blood in them that it becomes painful and I have to quickly fix it. Same neuropathy pain in my feet when there is too much or too little blood circulation. Im tired of trying to sleep because of this. Does anyone else experience this extreme nerve pain? Do you know if its further damaging the nerves for the blood to be off balance? My hands have that stretchy EDS skin so it gets trapped in there until bright red or circulate almost none in the cold. Both results in pain. Salt helps reduce it through the night but Im concerned about damage.
I have this pain though I don’t know about the damage it’s causing. It’s never seemed to cause more damage that I’ve found on me personally. It does hurt really bad though. I usually massage them to get the blood flow going or lift them when there’s too much blood so it drains a bit. You’re not alone!
