I understand that feeling. Anxiety can manipulate a lot of aspects in our lives if we let it. Have you ever considered practicing mediation? That has helped me a ton. It doesn't have to be anything overly complicated. Learning to control your breathing can aid in anxiety management and help clear your thoughts enough to make more rational decisions.
