My son has sickle cell anemia. He is 3 years old. After a crisis do you have pain still in your legs after?

Yeah, I like to call it break through pain— the crisis is technically over… but it’s like phantom pain or shadow pain. It is still there! But it always goes away—eventually. But if it’s been a while and you know he’s not sickling anymore I would maybe call your doctor to just check!
