I did, but I had 42 biopsies taken from my esophagus and intestine. And even then it was just more of a sore feeling. Nothing bad. You might be a bit uncomfortable from the gas but it goes away pretty quickly once you get moving

I did but I also had biopsies throughout my upper and lower gi tract since I got an endoscopy as well and if you do get biopsies there may be blood in your stool after which is normal.

My insides didn't hurt but my butt did. From what I know though, most people don't feel pain after.
