Feeling Empty: Does Anyone Else Feel This Way?

I’ve been feeling depressed for along time now. I’ve talked to my therapist but it just isn’t going away. My psychiatrist doesn’t have me on any medications for depression or anxiety just for adhd and sleeping and staying awake. He’s got me on Latuda 12g and trazadone 100mg that is the only thing that makes me sleep and doesn’t seem to do anything for my adhd. And modnafinil 400 mg to make me stay awake all day becuase before I would fall asleep all the time. It’s helping a little bit I still so damn tired all the time. I’m sleeping 12-13 hours a day due to the trazadone and latuda…. Anyways I just have no motivation to do anything , not to clean, not to take care of my personal self care which is both horrible and embarrassing, not to socialize, not to do my crafts which I used to love… I just feel empty… does anyone else feel this way?
