@DrakellaEuphrates yeah my balance is wack and sometimes i think fibro fog just clouds up my brain and it's like either my depth perception is off or it takes my brain waaay too long to tell my body i'm too close to stuff so I'm constantly walking into poles and ramming my shoulders on corners of walls

My neck, shoulder blades, wrists, feet (Especially) and my shin bones. I know some aren't tender points but this is what pains me the most on me😥

@PiscesFurMama I forgot to put that my hands and feet are always hurting too. Also what’s strange to me is my leg and hip and hand all on the left side sometimes either locks up, tried to come outta socket (or at least that’s what it feels like) or gives out and I fall. Is that even normal for this diagnosis.

@Mandipanda and do you use compression gloves for your hands? I find they provide some relief. I prefer the copper fit ice ones

@Mandipanda questions are you ever told you walk super silently and accidentally scare people? I think i just walk super lightly bc of the pain, i don't wanna constantly be slamming my feet on the ground with every step, so I've gotten used to walking lightly in a way that doesn't hurt as bad
