I don’t feel motivated to do anything, and I don’t know what started it. I used to make dinner every night, be good about skin care and hygiene, and just be out and about a little more than I am now. But all of a sudden I can’t clean my very messy room, I avoid making dinner and find alternatives, and I don’t take care of myself at all. I don’t know what to do anymore and I just feel really sad

It could be burnout. Sometimes I'll feel okay but then i slowly stop taking care of myself and I'll realize too late how bad things have gotten and be unable to pull myself out

@m0cha rest is usually the only fix but obv that isn't helpful. I try to just live with grace for the things i can do, do self care, if I get motivated i try not to do everything at once because then I'll be out for longer after. Also, take it by the moment. I get overwhelmed thinking about everything so literally just take it min by min. And remember, a little is better than nothing, complete is better than not, not everything has to be perfect
this is exactly how i’m feeling right now. i try to remember the times where i was able to take care of myself and remind myself that i will be able to again sometime soon. sometimes we just need to be gentle with ourselves
