Coping with Grief During the Holidays

i hope everyone had a good christmas, especially the ones grieving. mine was fine until now. it’s 3:30am and i’m crying. crying because this one was christmas number 5 without my little brother. he died by suicide. it’s always a bittersweet season for me. i love christmas and the togetherness it brings out in people, but at the same time my brother passed around this time of year. my older cousin also passed a few days ago, and it was the first time i was completely shocked about a death since my brother died almost 6 years ago. i was shocked at my reaction, but relieved i’m finally feeling something.
