I had my surgery 4 years ago following a car accident. Since then, when I stand and “lock” my knee in place for too long I feel like my thigh slides in the knee. My ortho told me it’s very normal, but it’s hard to get used to it…

I had my procedure 30 years ago. I play tennis and feel the instability from time to time. I always use a knee brace but have to be extra careful when I pivot

23 years after bone patella bone acl reconstruction. I do everything athletically. It is occasionally sore but very stable

I’m only 8 years after ACL reconstruction and still no instability for me! How have you been?
