So I notice anytime I feel I’m in an unknown situation I tend to immediately go to panic mode. Any advice??

@Bi_polar_bear Sorry for my typo, I obviously meant 4 things* and rush through*

Try the 5-1. Acknowledge 5 things you can see, 4 thugs you can hear, 3 things you can touch, 2 things you can smell, and 1 thing you can taste (could be a sip of water or your own saliva). Just make sure you don’t rush though, allow time for your brain to scan things and activate your frontal cortex. That will bring you back from the fight or flight mode. This has (literally) saved my live.
Thank you. I just have started noticing it flaring up more and more as of late.

Skipy is so right. Breath through it. I also find it helps to acknowledge that you know what is happening. Tell yourself you know this is the anxiety you have been through it a million times breath through it acknowledge it and let it go as much as you can.
Try meditation you can actually meditate anywhere at anytime just takes practice
