Diagnosed with IBS, GERD, and chronic stomach inflammation so far. I’ve had a burning/gnawing feeling in my lower abdomen since the end of last year. Taking pantoprazole, dicyclomine, and pepcid but they don’t do much. Also keeping track of which foods make me feel worse and so far i’ve cut out dairy, caffeine, and mangoes. Does anyone else deal with this pain or know of a remedy for it? I’m starting to wonder if it could be related to the reproductive system even though certain foods make it worse. It’s hard to focus/get things done when it flares up.
Yes I have chronic IBS, kidney stones, UTIs etc. I cut out my daily antibiotics and went to a new urologist. I also cut out caffeine which sucks cause I love Dr Pepper and coffee. But I am relatively feeling a lot better! It takes time 💕
