I take two different oral pills, one with just norethindrone and one with ethinyl estridiol (or something like that) and I find that it manages my pain pretty well
i’m on seasonique. it’s a 3 month long pill packet. just like regular bc pills but i only have a period 4 times a year. i’ve had pretty horrible reactions to other types of bc like the depo shot so this works great for me

The only approved treatment for endo is an IUD. I was on both the pill and shot for a long time and it just wasn't cutting it so I decided to go for the Mirena and let me tell you, it was awful to get in but SO worth ut

I used to take the combined oral contraceptive pill. Now I'm in my menapose and my symptoms improved.

I’ve been on Blisovi Fe for 2 years - skipping placebos, and so far I’ve had limited side effects & it’s managed pain pretty well. My endo surgeon validated that it was a good BC after she did my surgery last year, so that was encouraging too

I use Amethyst, it's a constant low dose hormone that doesn't change dosage throughout the month. Other birth controls still change week to week and sometimes day to day the dose of hormones you're getting. It's a 28 day supply and a generic so most insurance will cover it.
My doctor recommended Mirena and I love it! I’ve had it for a little over a year. I was initially freaked out because I’ve heard about possible side effects of IUD’s but now I love it. The first 6 months my periods were heavy and irregular but now I don’t really even notice when it starts. My cramps were MASSIVELY painful before and now I don’t lose the first day of my period in bed anymore. Highly recommend
I used to use nuva ring but it would hurt and I felt pressure inside rn I’m using estarylla and it’s pretty helpful but I get so sick and nauseous around my period
I used a nuvaring because I get bad nausea from the BC pills, and that’s worked pretty well for me!
I use lo loestrin! I love it 💕 because of insurance I had to do a different one for a couple months and it was awful! I don’t know if it helps my Endo specifically but I have no side effects with it and it’s the only one that I don’t get breakthrough periods on; I take continuously for my PCOS.
