anxiety and depression is very hard to deal with, though learning to push negative thoughts out of your head is a great start to dealing with anxiety, even if it may not work all the time. whereas depression is a lot more harder to deal with, and i’ve only developed coping habits such as playing video games. i’m not entirely sure on how to give any advice on self image, but just keep in mind that there’s a lot of different things that work for people in order to cope with anxiety and depression, and there’s a lot of things that don’t work. (i hope you find some use in this post, and i wish you luck on your journey!)

Honestly any of my conditions. Anxiety and depression have been the hardest for me recently and I have been really struggling with self image because of it. I feel like I have such high highs and such low lows and am sick of feeling crazy
