hello! i’ve been diagnosed with bipolar type 2 for a year, but i’m recently suspecting I actually have bpd and looking for advice and suggestions on how to tell. any help?
I've very recently been diagnosed bpd, but basically I did alot of my own research and on a few credible websites realized that I have every one of the symptoms (except anger). I also noticed that the biggest difference that I can tell is that bipolar has weekish long mood swings and bpd its like you could have SEVERAL a day. I hope this helps. I dont know much about it yet either
