Sometimes it’s hard man. The best thing for me is knowing my disorder and how it is treated. What can I do to treat it. If things are hard and don’t seem hopeful I can always ask myself, « what am I doing to help myself » (sorry for the French parentheses lol) and if I’m not doing any of the things you do to treat the disorder there is hope. Also knowing that we are designed to reach equilibrium by nature helps. So knowing it will calm down eventually helps as well!
