I have mild sleep apnea, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, diabetes, neck pain & TMJ pain. I tried using a cpap, but made it harder to fall asleep and it interrupted may sleep even more consistently. I’m using a mandibular device (I think that’s what they call it) now. Wearing it seems to trigger pain and muscle spasms in my neck, jaw, and rest of face. Has anyone had similar experiences? Do you know of things that have helped? I’ll listen to any of it😅
