      I’m TTC and have been taking prenatal vitamins, but they are also labelled as “PCOS support” and have helped alleviate my PCOS symptoms and regulate my cycles quite a bit! Not sure if that’s what is helping me but it might be worth a try ☺️

      I get mine from piping rock and was able to not go on immunosuppressants or steroids. Zinc, lions mane, alpha lipoic acid, nac, olive leaf, course quercetain with bromelain, vit k, a&d, fish oil, turmeric curcumin, glucosamine

      Turmeric and ginger capsules do great for my fibro. I get it from Amazon.
