Hello everyone, how you feeling today? Im new here, really would love to hear other people’s experiences. I will share mine of course and what I have learned in this whole fibromialgia journey. I guess my question will be. How I change my medications and treatments over time and what can I do to sleep better?

Howdy. Today was a good day. Enjoyed the warm sunshine and found out we are expecting our fourth child! That’s exciting but also makes me nervous with how my fibro has developed. Sleep has been a tough one for me. I’ve found that delta 8 thc and a tincture made with CBD CBN and CBG have helped. Also topical creams before bed on sore places.

Be really careful changing meds. Some people are really sensitive to different medicines so it's best to do it with regular advice from a doctor. I also believe in diet and excerise to help with my pain. I don't know about everyone else, but I think this helps me because it's something I can control about my condition.

Medication options are mainly cymbalta, lyrica, savella, and low dose naltrexone. Everyone is different. Try them all see which one of any work for you. Personally a combination of low dose naltrexone and lyrica is helpful for me. I find I sleep better now that the meds have my pain under control. Also have a set time to go to bed and to wake up so your body adjusts to your sleep patter. I meditate and stretch before bed and make sure the room is cool and dark. I use a lavender sleep spray and take melatonin as well.
