I have no idea what i’m doing or if my diagnoses are even correct, but my anxiety affects me physically to the point that it’s unbearable and I just want to fix that

      IBS is a very anxiety driven condition. Being stressed or anxious can tent to cause flare ups. For me, I get stomach pain and get constipated when I’m stressed for too long.

        @Mafuyu same here but i barely want to wake up in the morning and go about my day because it’s so painful and there’s not a way to stop it
