I don't do yoga personally but have found it helpful to lay flat on my back (on a yoga mat) with sounds of nature playing in the background. Ill go into fetal position as well on my back and rock back and forth and it feels so good on my back that i have a small release of tension. Then i raise my legs straight up and let the energy flow downward. I find that i don't have to commit a ton of time to this. It makes the difference between 75% anxiety to like 40% some days? Which is honestly like... ill take what i can get! I hope this helps!! Lmk if not!

Ive beed feeling that aswell, i usually try and drowned it out with up-beat music or a game i really like! You just have to try and do things that make you happy and can get you out of that stressy mindset. Try drinking tea with bo caffeine, laying down and watching something that makes you laugh, or if all else fails talk to a physiatrists or therapist about stuff that will help! (i hope this helped)

Meditation and mindfulness help me along with breathing and rescue meds if it’s pain. Yoga too

Thank you for remainder, I use to do it before. Exercise help me a lot too. I have a stationary bike and 10 min at a time helps me a lot is really hard because I don’t have energy for more.
