Struggling with a Lost Friendship

hey guys, I really hope I reach the right people here. my “favorite person” left me bc of my built up attachment, we haven’t talked consistently for a year bc of her struggles with my declining mental health. we’ve barely seen each other or talked and she won’t even give me a chance. she genuinely was my best friend we went through the worst of worst at the same time together. I want to make her realize that I am better I just want a chance Im not insisting on her constant presence in my life, she just hasn’t even seen the better mental health aspects bc i’ve grown so much without her.
