Because of my hypothyroidism and PCOS, i struggle with losing weight so much. Has anyone had any luck with dietary changes or specific kinds of exercise?

      Lifting weights has been the most helpful so far. That extra amount of muscle mass helps burn the pcos weight. I’ve found that cardio doesn’t do anything for me :/. I could run 5 miles straight and even with eating less the scale did not move. It was only until I started serious lifting in the gym, things changed. I hope this helps! I hate that it takes way more effort for us. :(
