My ocd is really flaring up tonight. I feel so terrible and sick. I think I should up the Prozac. Clearly the 10 isn’t working :/

Sometimes it takes time to adjust to new medication. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this though.

It took me a while to adjust to meds and then to find the right dose! I slowly went up to 80 mg of Prozac before switching to Zoloft where I slowly went up to 300 mg. The side effects while adjusting were awful, but the end result is definitely worth it! Hang in there and trust your gut feeling
