Hi my name is Dandan and I just got diagnosed with SLE back in February, it was a shock to the system and I’m still getting used to all the meds and understanding what I can do now. What are things that make living with lupus easier? Like in diet, exercise or mindset?

anti inflammatory foods, listening to when your body wants to move or rest and not pushing it further than it wants to go with lack of rest or over stressed 💕

Well I’d say do your research and try not to push your body past it’s physical limits.

Hello and welcome here. I got the news about Lupus in 2005. I started reading Information from NIH and then just took my meds. No knowing that to never take meds on an empty stomach unless prescribed. When you feel tired rest and eat healthy. Try alkaline water or life water. Pray and keep it moving. Hug tight
