Does anyone use muscle relaxers for fibromyalgia? My doctors say it doesn't help fibromyalgia.

I use flexiral and it’s really helped me. I wish I had been prescribed it twenty years ago. Helps me sleep and helps calm tight or snazzy muscles.

I've done it when my back was super bad. But I try not to rely on them. Only when I'm ER worthy pain.

I use them to help me sleep, they gave them to me for nerve pain but not fibromyalgia specifically. The only thing i get from them is sleep
