Since I’ve worked on my mental health and physical health been off the app for a while to heal and fix ME . When it comes to new diagnosis’s I don’t cry and break down anymore . I just learn to accept for what it is and learn to deal with it positively , in a good healthy way I can . Recently I’ve been diagnosed with Raynaud’s syndrome , may thuner syndrome ( iliac vein compression syndrome) hyper-mobile ehlers danlos syndrome . But what is really hard to deal with is being in Pre op operation room or operation table . I have PTSD and scary experiences from past surgeries . Really trying to get over that huge fear 🥺

Im so proud of you for working on yourself! That takes so much courage and hard work. I know going into things with a scary past can be so incredibly difficult, but think about how far you have gotten! Dealing with things positively can be so hard and you are already doing amazing with that, imagine what else you can accomplish? Keep trying your best to bring that positivity to the operation room! Wishing you the best with your journey💕
