I often feel like I don't know how to put into words how I'm feeling, almost like the words I want to use have lost their meaning and it makes me feel like I'm in a fog that nobody else understands. is there anybody else who's felt this?

I feel that way Everytime I go to the hospital and other places but the hospital made me feel like I was a pure mental case . Like everything I ever known or felt or seen or went threw was all a lie . None of it mattered like I was mental from the geko and everything I experienced etc was a part of my mental illnesses . My words where even part of my mental illnesses . But outside of the hospital I feel slowly like there real again cause I am in my environment that I am use to . Even though my environment isn't healthy and causes the same problems and emotions that caused me to go into the hospital along with my own "put into words feelings" your feelings matter . To you especially . No matter what others say or think those words are for you to hold onto and if you want to change them you can at anytime . If they have no meaning they write a word down on a piece of paper then ponder on what the word means look it up see what it means online . Make that word mean something to you . And when you say it to someone . That word will finally mean something cause you prepared for that word . Hope that helps ✌️
